As every artist knows, it's hard to look at your own work objectively. YOU know what something is but can anyone else see/feel what you are trying to convey? I showed this to my husband and asked him if he could tell what it was. He answered, "That's along the banks of the Cibolo. I remember exactly where that is". I worked on it a little more today and am ready to post it. As did Degas, I forever reserve the right to tweak whenever and if ever I feel the need. Artistic license, you know.
